I work with enterprise data teams on problems where the gap between “we have data” and “we trust the data” is costing real money — migrations that stall, warehouses that overspend, analytics workflows that depend on manual notebook runs, or telemetry pipelines that need ML but lack the in-house depth.
What a typical engagement looks like
Advisory — A few sessions to scope a problem, review architecture, or pressure-test a migration plan. Good for teams that have the people but need a second opinion from someone who has done it before.
Embedded principal — I join your team for weeks or months as an interim lead or senior IC. I own deliverables, coordinate with stakeholders, and ship production work. This is how most of my enterprise engagements run.
Hands-on implementation — I build the thing: validation frameworks, optimization benchmarks, coding-agent workflows, time series models. I write code, not slide decks.
